Steel Used for our Custom Knives

The performance of any knife depends on the steel used and the hardening process. The steel determines the sharpness of the edge, edge retention, abrasion resistance, and toughness. We only use a variety of steels based on the customer’s needs; from high quality carbon steel to Swedish straight razor stainless steel and ultra-high performance super steels that outperform all other steels. All blades are expertly hardened, tempered, and cryogenically treated for maximum hardness, toughness, and edge retention. This will guarantee you years of sharpness and cooking pleasure.
